What it is
A small, named group of engineers who interview regularly and share every loop with us: the questions, the round, the level, the follow-ups.
Anyone can add what they were asked. This is for frequent interviewers who want to be paid.

How it works
- 01Join the waitlistTell us your role and how often you interview. We reply to everyone, and we start small because the team is small.
- 02Share each loopAfter an interview, submit the experience. We extract the questions from it; you confirm them before anything moves.
- 03A curator verifies and attributesEvery question is reviewed by a person, and we may ask you for a few details that show the interview happened — the sort of thing you already have. Published questions are credited to you on your profile, permanently.
- 04Profit is sharedProfit attributable to your questions is calculated per the published model. Half of it is yours, with a statement showing the working.
What we have committed to
- 01The full calculation model — how profit is attributed to a question, and how your share is computed — is published before anyone is paid.
- 02We will ask for as little as we can to establish that an interview happened, and we will work with the first cohort to automate it until it asks for nothing at all. Friction here is our problem to solve, not yours to absorb.
- 03The first cohort is small. We grow it only once the approach works without manual effort from the team.
- 04Every contributor sees a statement: which questions, what profit was attributed, what their share came to. The working is shown, not summarised.
- 05Attribution is permanent. If you leave the program, questions you sourced stay credited to you.

Questions people ask
- How much will I make?
- We do not know yet, and we will not guess. The model is published first, and the first statements will show real numbers.
- Is this a problem with my NDA?
- You share what you were asked, as public interview experiences already do. Never confidential materials, and never anything you agreed in writing not to share.
- What if my question is already in the bank?
- It becomes another sighting on that question, and the model says how sightings share attribution. That is one of the things being written now.
- What will you ask me to prove?
- Something you already have: a scheduling email, a recruiter thread, a calendar entry, the interviewer’s first name. We are checking that the interview happened, not auditing you, and we would rather ask for less over time than more. Never a document you would have to request, and never anything covered by an NDA.
- Why only a few people first?
- Attribution and verification are both done by hand until they can be automated. A small cohort is what keeps it honest, and it is who we build the automation with.
